Corporate leadership Development & retreats
We custom curate short and long term leadership development engagements with organizational teams looking to develop new behaviors and enhance communication to increase performance and achieve individual and team objectives.
Half, full, and multi-day options include a combination of leadership development sessions with the horses along with one-off and ongoing team coaching and development processes.
Alongside our equine facilitated learning experiences, we partner with a variety of seasoned executive coaches and organizational development consultants in offering comprehensive offsite experiences that support wide ranging team and organizational development objectives.
Executive team engagements often include formal assessment processes (Hogan Assessment, Leadership Circle, & MBTI), 360 Reviews, facilitated processes around mission, vision, values, and strategy, and ongoing coaching.
Retreat experiences often include creative expression experiences, guided hiking, mindfulness experiences, yoga, and other activities that support individual wellness and group relational development.
In addition to hosting at our 55-acre ranch-retreat facility in Boulder, CO, for convenience we regularly facilitate at ranch-retreat locations close to client locations in the U.S and abroad.

EquusLibere Discovery Experience
EquusLibere Discovery Experiences are custom-designed experiential processes for individuals, families, and groups looking to merge equine-guided personal and leadership development with other modes of inquiry and expression including mindfulness practices and the creative arts.
Experiences are designed to be insightful opportunities to discover equine-facilitated learning and deepen how participants relate to themselves, others, and horses.
Each session is uniquely created around topics meaningful to participants and desired areas of exploration with the horses.

Discovery Experiences typically involve:
Experiential exercises grounded in natural horsemanship techniques that explore connection, safety, intuition, nervous system regulation, energetic impact, and individual and collective dynamics
Identifying personal leadership strengths and challenges and, aided by feedback from the horses, and working with these dynamics in real time
Strengthening presence, relationship, connection, boundaries, and embodied, collaborative leadership
Meditation and mindfulness as a mode for deepened presence

Equine Facilitated Coaching
Equine Integrated Coaching offers powerful insights about your relationship with yourself, others, and life as a whole. The results are cognitive, emotional, and physical development with sustained embodied impacts. Explore self-inquiry, deep listening, boundaries, collaborative leadership, non-predatory uses of power, and more.
Our approach uses various forms of groundwork exercises that unite horse and human in a co-learning process that reveals the way participants relate to themselves and others and offers a practice ground for embodied growth.
Ongoing coaching often occurs in tandem with our corporate leadership development services and incorporates formal assessment processes (Hogan Assessment, Leadership Circle, & MBTI), 360 Reviews, and other tools to support transformation within client contexts.

Equine Facilitated Leadership for Youth
Equine Facilitated Leadership sessions partner tweens and teens with horses to develop their personal leadership, learn natural horsemanship training, practice mindfulness, and have fun as they learn to connect, communicate, and work with horses through unique and challenging groundwork exercises. Groundwork exercises require them to be creative, innovative, and to cultivate their somatic intelligence, which is made up of combined intellectual, physical, and emotional intelligences. Through the process of developing their somatic intelligence, they learn to embody new ways of leading that rest on a foundation of trust and respect and inspire attitudes of willing, curious collaboration with others.
