About EquusLibere
EquusLibere emerged from a lived exploration of the quiet, profound ways horses invite us back to ourselves—offering healing, insight, and transformation through presence, relationship, and the wisdom of the herd.
Founded in 2016 by Bridgit Wald, EquusLibere has grown into a collaborative team of coaches and equine therapists serving individuals, families, and organizational groups. We offer equine-facilitated coaching, therapy, retreats, and corporate team development experiences across Colorado and beyond. Our work fosters embodied healing, empowerment, and transformational leadership.
As humble students of the 55 million years of survival, resilience, and relational intelligence embodied in our equine partners, we serve as a bridge - allowing their wisdom to inform how we live, lead, and love in all areas of life.

Our Team
Founder
Bridgit Wald
PCC CoacH & Lead Facilitator
In partnership, horses reflect who we are, reveal what is out of alignment, and guide us toward greater integrity - both individually and within the systems we inhabit. I founded EquusLibere out of a calling to share the insight, healing, and transformation I’ve experienced through my work with horses with others.
Through EquusLibere, I serve individual clients with leadership and therapeutic coaching alongside my herd as well as private and public retreats held domestically and internationally. I lead our corporate programs in partnership with a talented team of coaches and equine therapists.
Rooted in a whole-system, bottom-up approach to development, my practice draws from a wide range of disciplines and experiences. I began coaching in 2016 and hold a PCC distinction from the International Coaching Federation, with certifications in Integral, Somatic, and Polarity coaching. I’ve been mentored extensively in equine-facilitated work and currently serve on the Adjunct Faculty of the Integral Coaching School, New Ventures West.
My corporate career began in 2017 through my work in corporate coaching and organizational development contexts, and I provide executive coaching and group facilitation through my work with Emergence Leadership Consulting. I serve as a faculty executive coach and facilitator with the Graduate School of Banking Colorado and Dynamic Team Solutions, working with clients across sectors from non-profit and educational institutions to Fortune 100 companies.
In and beyond my equine facilitated work, I have observed and experienced the profound power of somatic coaching and therapeutic methods for fostering significant and sustainable healing and development. This led me to the Colorado School of Energy Studies, a renown school for somatic therapeutic modalities, where I received certificates in Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy and Polarity Coaching. I am currently pursuing a Masters in Counseling at Adams State University, specializing in Equine Therapy, with an anticipated graduation early 2027. I am also pursuing additional certifications as an Associate Polarity Therapist. I maintain a small private practice offering cranial sacral therapy and integral coaching alongside my equine work, which you can learn more about here.
The heart of EquusLibere’s approach is well articulated by, Otto Scharmer, pioneer of Theory U and conscious-based systems thinking, as a commitment to “relink the parts and the whole by making the system see and sense itself.” I am grateful to be able to practice and facilitate this work through EquusLibere alongside my beautiful herd of rescue horses, who you can learn more about through Bridging Unicorns. Outside of client facing work, I am passionate advocate of animal welfare and support a variety of animal rescue organizations through fostering.

Rachel Seely, MA, LPC
Equine therapist, Equine Coach
Rachel began her career as a Spiritual Care Provider in hospitals and hospice. She holds an MA in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling and an MA in Buddhist Studies & Clinical Pastoral Counseling, both from Naropa University. Rachel's life long love of horses led her to a 9 month mentorship in equine therapy while in graduate school and she continued to follow this path by completing Level 1 training with Natural Lifemanship and a year long certification with The Academy for Coaching with Horses. Rachel partners with horses to support clients in exploring body/mind patterns and emotions, stuck behaviors, limited ways of thinking and relational issues. Equine therapy goes beyond talking and helps clients identify when they are not in alignment with authenticity and supports them to move beyond outdated patterns and conditioned ways of being which may be causing distress and suffering. This becomes the ground for transformation, genuine connection, and heart opening experiences.
jeremy mason, MA, LPCC
Equine therapist
Jeremy is an equine therapist who supports individuals through relational, body-based, and mindfulness-informed practices with horses. His approach weaves in Gestalt-based work and is informed by his ongoing study in the Gestalt Equine Institute of the Rockies with founder Duey Freeman. He believes that our relationships—with the world around us and within—paint the picture of our everyday experience. By working with honesty, vulnerability, and acceptance, Jeremy helps clients shift the way they relate to different aspects of their lives and cultivate a more equanimous and intentional approach to the often overwhelming state of being human. Prioritizing connection and authenticity, Jeremy creates a safe space for adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, existential angst, addiction, boredom, and more to explore these conditions without judgment or agenda. Jeremy holds an MA from Naropa University, specializing in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling.
