About EquusLibere

EquusLibere is an equine facilitated learning organization. We support individuals (youth and adults), families, and organizational teams in liberating their innate leadership capabilities in partnership with horses.

EquusLibere works in partnership with our not for profit initiative, Bridging Unicorns, and donates 10% of our profit to the rescue and rehabilitation of slaughter-bound horses as well as to support accessible horsemanship programs for kids and families. Learn more about Bridging Unicorns here.

Leadership

EquusLibere is owned and operated by Bridgit Wald, a coach, organizational development consultant, and equine facilitated learning specialist. Bridgit serves as the primary facilitator for EquusLibere programs alongside a talented team of co-facilitators and is the owner of our partner organization, Emergence Leadership Consulting.

Bridging Unicorns

Bridging Unicorns is our nonprofit partner and is an equine rescue and human-horse healing and development initiative.

Bridgit alongside her team rescue and rehabilitate horses from the slaughter pipeline and raise awareness around the inhumane horse slaughter industry.

We rehabilitate these horses in a symbiotic relationship with the community, with a focus around individual and group programs in the areas of youth leadership, grief and hospice care, and the arts.
